A focus on complete sales interactions, instead of doing the minimum to move on to the next customer. Often customers devices are not fully functional and could have been if the rep took the time to figure out why.

Too much is expected for too little compensation. Especially, with Target Tech often being understaffed and under-supported. This is a specialized position that gets paid less than a regular target employee who is mostly expected to stock and use a cash register.

Hourly rate of all reps needs to be increased a minimum of $3/hr to reflect the workload that doesn't result in a commission. Also, all stores should be staffed with at least 2 employees at minimum 4 times/week to decrease customer wait times and increase the quality of service.
