Not reducing pay for being a hardworking and top performing employee would be a start.

Try a better company.To work for.

No 401k match, poor health benefits($$$$), no equity/profit sharing, limited vision for company direction

At the moment yes but I can see that they will give me options for promotions in the future! Hopefully we will go public and they offer stock options!

All conpensation is poor. Base salary and commision

Offering actual commission, PTO, and paied holidays. Give sales fore a reason to stay and thrive on positions.

Give benefits in general. That would make me feel valued

Pay plan is cryptic. The amount of admin work is crazy. Health benefits are non-existent.

I would have felt better about my compensation if I made the same as my coworker who had less experience and was doing the same role.

The health insurance is too expensive, and doesn't cover enough. The hourly rate is less than the state poverty line. The customers are wickedly vicious and downright evil sometimes

Being paid fairly for work provided. Often we are left to handle guest, cover breaks pretty much run the sales floor, all while handling guest with mobile needs. More work less pay

Because I do not feel understood or heard in any capacity. All my concerns are met with 'we'll meet up' and we never discuss it. Leadership silences dissenting voices instead of opening a dialogue.

The company cheats you out of your overtime and forces you to work extra unpaid hours and threatens you that you will lose your job if you don't work extra hours that you don't get compensated for.

Pay rate is a bit low.

Nearly college graduate paid like a 14 year old. High expectations with almost no return on investment. Do target electronics job while full filling own job and not compensated accordingly.

Forced to work overtime with no extra compensation. Only paid for 40 hours a week often worked 50. Marketsource has been sued before for unfair labor practices. They are crooks.

I think that in a time where all of us sales representatives are risking our lives and putting our roommates/ family members at risk, marketsource fails to compensate employees. They fail to take any precautionary measures. And publically post about only caring about sales goals rather than safety.

If u going make me travel to different place pay me more or pay me what the other work get pay there or get me a ride out there so i do not have to spend my money that i need to by food clothes and other thing
