What did you like most about the interview process?
The quickness of it, really to the point

My interviewer was great, very hard working and company focused. I was looking forward to a long career here.
I didn't like it, interviewed with 4 people asking questions.
I liked that indeed was super accessible and that I didn't need a computer to use it.
The interview became a two-way conversation rather than an interrogation.

It was very laid back and the people I interviewed with were very open about what the job entailed and very clear on the culture and expectations. They were very easy to have a discussion with.
Meeting multiple people and getting different viewpoints about the company. Not as much focused on the resume as the person.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be honest about company operations and lack of benefits.

Transparency. Make it clear there isn't much going on or much to do at work locations.
nothing the job doesnt care
Interviewer had a disability and asked the least about me or my background, said some thing to hype me up for being a part of the team, then the company failed to deliver on her promises. Lacked professionalism and the skills needed to find the right candidates.
