What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They have no idea what they are doing

Communication with workers, scheduling more evenly. Answering phone calls if you're hr. Replying in a timely matter, rather than going days without. Actually listening to the workers. HR replying to emails. Someone to speak to if you're not getting hours. Actually caring about all workers, not some.

Communication with employees and sales force. Training needs be be far more thorough.

Leadership needs to raise employee wages, they expect their sales team to be motivated when incentives are maybe $10-30 a shift (usually 8hrs) Management is very unreliable about benefits as I was promised health and paid time off with an increasing wage. Here since October. Need honest recruiting

Hourly rate of all reps needs to be increased a minimum of $3/hr to reflect the workload that doesn't result in a commission. Also, all stores should be staffed with at least 2 employees at minimum 4 times/week to decrease customer wait times and increase the quality of service.

When working on Black Friday, we basically got looked down upon for not taking breaks. That is illegal and they should be sued.
