Everyone is welcome in the tech community. Older folk generally tend to gravitate towards Consumer Cellular or maybe a kindle. Younger people might be after the best and latest in tech. Both for affordability or Flagship.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Disassemble the company and start over, or, again; listen to your top performing employees.
They need to work on teamwork staregies and stop the every man for themselves mentality.
Understand we cannot possibly meet insanely high sales goals. They need to stop pushing us to push product so hard. It's tiring.
