What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Hippocracy, my other coworker would tell us not to wear certain shoes and then would repeatedly break dress code herself.
Marketsource will hire anyone with a pulse they are always desperately searching for employees so oftentimes you end up with a group of idiots to work with.
Team captains need to be less entitled
They need to stop using their phones, and engage with the target quests

A focus on complete sales interactions, instead of doing the minimum to move on to the next customer. Often customers devices are not fully functional and could have been if the rep took the time to figure out why.
