The presentation part was hard, but I was prepared so I considered it part of the hoop jumping needed. I won't be staying at this company beyond next year, as I already have something else lined up. Presentations are my Jam.
In general, the beliefs and the behavior don't match. It will take a different leadership group, or an adjustment in humility and approach to people and recognition of their individual contributions, plus over all improvement quality of new hires, to make it happen. Great People = Great Culture
There are not enough improvement assignments to go around, so the same people, who aren't always open communicators focus on their own motivations. Encourage open conversations, ideas, and increase willingness to make mistakes, without consequencial judgement from the EVP level.
As a woman, I feel there is a 'boys only' underlying, unspoken culture, and I will eventually seek employment elsewhere in 2022.
