I used to love my job, but upper management has completely destroyed this company. Hospitals are not re-upping their contracts, they cannot retain employees, hardworking employees are leaving in droves. Managers are abusive.

We worked together to fill in for each other if we got sick or needed a break. We tried to be supportive and uplifting to each other

Power hungry upper management needs to be removed from their positions. Abusive managers who have complaints against them for the past 2 years to hr, need to be fired. Good employees need to be rewarded instead of having benefits, hours, and pay lowered

We were specifically told by the vice president that we will never make more than $17 an hour no matter how long we've worked for the company. "Why would we pay you more when you're doing the same job that you did 3,5,years ago."
