What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The patients appreciation for their experience
My company is no longer a positive place to work. The hospital and staff are amazing.
The patients and doctors, people who actually care about healthcare and patient care. Few and far between
Some coworkers are great to works with
My immediate supervisor and me get along well. She was not only my boss but also friend.
The last 3 years, Mednax has become a nightmare to work with. The culture and the environment of the company is abusive

The most positive is that somehow the staff manages to keep a smile on their face most of the time, in the face of an understaffed working environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Manager needs vocal skills and how to care for her employees
Senior Leadership needs to change to allow the team to strive. Its a toxic, controlling atmosphere which has created a culture of fear and negatively.
Fire ALL Director Level employees and replace them with competent people. All Executives need to resign immediately and replace them with the cleaning crew, because they could do a better job. Then burn the building to the ground, just to get rid of all the bad energy.
