On time and friendly. Some companies I wait 15-30 minutes for someone who seems to be rushing between meetings.

The interview was the best thing of the entire experience. They sell you company values and vision. It is all a hoax.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They don’t care about experience and they sugar coat how the place
shorten the timespan. Make sure the person you are calling in for an interview is the same on you wanted to call in.
