
I like the leadership is quick to respond to successes, which holds to their mission statement. The group I work for do care about their employees and that is shown by many thanks on a weekly basis and honest feedback with performance evaluations.
She was flexible and willing to work when I couldnt and vice versa.

First get a manager who doesnt blame her employees for her marriage failing, listen to understand.

Bring back site coordinators. Fire abusive managmant. Support your employees by better pay, give them back up when sick, treat them with respect.
Be a better example to your employees and your patients. Stop demanding, yelling, and threatening them
Picking and choosing their battles! Knowing how to talk to their staff! Stop worrying about numbers and care about employees and patients.
The way they talk and treat employees and staff! Take account for your actions instead of lying and denying and once again playing victim

They need to replace some of the senior leaders who are allowed to bully employees and engage in unethical behavior.

Company needs to stop playing with employees. They always screw employees. Company only interested in Yes Man!
