What are some of the best things about your team?
Support. On some truly bad days I have seen employees bring in food, give kudos and provide free services to the people they depend on.
Smart, generous realistic and fun.
My coworkers were kind, helpful and supportive.
We all work well together and support each other when one is in need.
Team tries to be helpful and fill in if you need help. We bring each other treats to get through the hard days
Work well together to come up with ideas and the best care for the babies and parents.
We worked together to fill in for each other if we got sick or needed a break. We tried to be supportive and uplifting to each other

They're reliable, understanding and considerate
Most of the team that interacts with patients is amazing and caring. The physicians I work with are top notch, as is the nurse practitioner. The office is WAY understaffed, though.. which leads to gaps in efficient and effective service delivery, as well as sets up the company for liability.
Very focused and most are very willing to assist others
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are no company meetings, and its a cuthroat relatuonship with other employees
Treat everyone equal with respect instead of having little cliques
Mednax problem. Company management is useless
More work and less gossip
