As leadership usually can not be found employees often have to perform their job functions this leads to a feeling that compensation should be based on job duties/job performance.
Capped pay. Extremely disrespectful manager. No support from management.
I am seen as a work horse, handed down more and more responsibility without actual compensation or positive acknowledgment
For manager and physicians to have respect towards the staff
Low pay. Increased demands with no compensation. A manager that literally will scream at you over the phone. HR refuses to help emplyees deal with bully managment.
Support. On some truly bad days I have seen employees bring in food, give kudos and provide free services to the people they depend on.

Senior Leadership needs to change to allow the team to strive. Its a toxic, controlling atmosphere which has created a culture of fear and negatively.
Fire ALL Director Level employees and replace them with competent people. All Executives need to resign immediately and replace them with the cleaning crew, because they could do a better job. Then burn the building to the ground, just to get rid of all the bad energy.

Power hungry upper management needs to be removed from their positions. Abusive managers who have complaints against them for the past 2 years to hr, need to be fired. Good employees need to be rewarded instead of having benefits, hours, and pay lowered
