It's was a good company to work for years ago, but now employees are no longer respected. High turn over with employees. Manager is abusive. Capped pay. Extremely disrespectful manager. No support from management.

Manager, Train new hires properly instead of having your hearing screeners do your job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My company is no longer a positive place to work. The hospital and staff are amazing.
