Vision coverage is a nice benefit.
Focus on patient care instead of executives getting rich.
When I hear positive feedback about the care I give. When the kiddos smile and the parents thank me.
I didn't really have to interview. I was a PRN audiologist and moved into a full time position when the former audiologist left.
The most positive is that somehow the staff manages to keep a smile on their face most of the time, in the face of an understaffed working environment.
Most of the team that interacts with patients is amazing and caring. The physicians I work with are top notch, as is the nurse practitioner. The office is WAY understaffed, though.. which leads to gaps in efficient and effective service delivery, as well as sets up the company for liability.
