This is absolutely the most toxic environment I have ever been in much less worked at. No matter how hard I tried to get along with the leaders, their lack of understanding of the English language (they are native Spanish speakers) sometimes lead to conflict. Run away as fast and far as you can.

Fire ALL Director Level employees and replace them with competent people. All Executives need to resign immediately and replace them with the cleaning crew, because they could do a better job. Then burn the building to the ground, just to get rid of all the bad energy.
