It's fairly well-rounded. I think the more recent medical insurance option is innovative and more supportive of a variety of health scenarios and conditions. Very few employers care to support their employees' health, but Medtronic stands out as understanding the value of that investment.

Even though we're a business with shareholders that care about profits first, I appreciate that we're mission-driven and that, in the end, there are real people we help or have the potential to help live better lives. I can't say the same about a junk food company.
