They provide jobs for many people

They do empower you yet with very limited resources.

Focused on results. Clear goals.

Not much. Many of them dont have a clue about whats axtually going on. Only look at key metrics that dont always tell the whole story

They allowed me to work relatively on my own but they always backed my work.
