More structured and thought through changes. Presenting good cases to investors to allow company to have quarters where they are allowed to not meet EPS forecasts, for long-term sustainability.

Stop removing highly qualified white employees in exchange for making the workforce diverse.

Pay attention to what the employees are telling you. Quit ignoring them.

Employees are over looked for promotions, employees are pushed to their limit and rarely recognized when reaching goals. Supervisor turnaround is very high so there is no fallow through for employees. You find yourself going in a circle with no actual advancement like promised.
