Communication. It is very possible we are all about to lose our jobs, and we were just notified about it...and told not to worry.

There is no recognition for a job well done or acknowledgment of extra hours put in to meet tight or critical timelines.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees are over looked for promotions, employees are pushed to their limit and rarely recognized when reaching goals. Supervisor turnaround is very high so there is no fallow through for employees. You find yourself going in a circle with no actual advancement like promised.

You apply as a temp and are given a short class before going out to the floor to start building medical equipment.
