The company is great but some of the smaller locations are ran poorly and have large turn over rates. Lowest pay in area for medical assembly. Benefits pig can make up for part of it. Supervisors not held to any kind of standard, so turn over is high there too.

My fellow co workers but can't trust managers. Be careful.

Depends on the person. Some are good at their job others leave you wondering how they are still employed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
You apply as a temp and are given a short class before going out to the floor to start building medical equipment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees are over looked for promotions, employees are pushed to their limit and rarely recognized when reaching goals. Supervisor turnaround is very high so there is no fallow through for employees. You find yourself going in a circle with no actual advancement like promised.
