Not very good. While improvements have been made seemingly over time, the company seems to want more from us while it makes no effort to grow. It wastes time and money on recruiting new people and trying to save costs, while it shoots its own foot. I believe it can grow, but not with current leadshi

Gaining a far better pain ($22 or 25 rather than 18) and having a team and culture that shows understanding, teamwork, and acknowledges the associates needs and efforts.

A lot of them seem to take a hands off approach and demand excess work out of us. They expect for the employee to adopt a devote desire to work tirelessly while they kick up their feet. Management needs to be more involved with gaining a perspective from others, use experience, and show compassion.
