They give constructive criticism. Although some of the management bullies me I just assume they are just having a bad day :)

They care about employees. Really can't ask for more.
They are people and not mindless corporate drones, most of the time.
On boarding and communication. I have been with the organization for just over a month and the reality doesn't align with what is taught during the gear onboarding. Instead of learning from best practices I have been thrusted in to situations where I have no reference on how to handle.
Completing promised training. More one on one time.
Being leaders. No more words need to be said.

I do not like the commission-based pay for service technicians. I think a set, base-pay with spiffs as a bonus would be better
Just a raise is all... and more hours I am starving at the moment and management made me take a week off without warning or reason.
Since compensation for technicians is based on labor per hour, it feels very stressful to maintain your desired hourly wage.
Performance based compensation. It is crazy that as a Service Supervisor there is performance based pay and my techs can out earn me. Allow me to use my store discount online too.
Service needs a way/change for us to make the same type of money or opportunity when selling parts specifically. We are capable of explaining and finding parts for customers just as much as BYO, or any other department. We take time out of our work to go back and forth and should be compensated.

Tustin technicians are incredibly knowledgeable and talented. But the best thing is that they are always willing to help you. If you ask a question or need help, they do not look down on you. With this, it cultivates a culture of teamwork, camaraderie, and respectfulness in the team.
The culture cultivates people to help each other out, even though the compensation is competitive based. Somehow this company figured out the way to create a balance between the two.
They are all good people.

Cooperation both vertically and horizontally.
The people are good people.
The people, and the things we go through everyday if we all weren't in the same boat it would be different, but we all have similar experiences, so when situations come up and someone has been through it, we can bounce of that and figure out a plan.
Pay, training, and customer foot traffic. There is no advertisement. All customers that come in state "I didn't know this place was here"

Getting to work on computers
I get to do my best and perform to my potential while learning.
I love my job and doing my best :)
The opportunity to work with computers, technologies, and other IT equipment on a day-to-day basis. The ability to work hands-on in troubleshooting problems and building computers. The positive, supportive, and helpful culture that is cultivated amongst my team.
The opportunity to learn something new and interact with customers.
Dealing with customers is sometimes draining.
Leadership for the 3rd time. We are struggling because we were not trained properly let alone trained fully. It's too late to retrain so now we are all stuck clueless half the time. Not even managers know how to do things that techs do. The GM didnt know the full details of one of our plans
increase the employees base pay - i cannot pay my bills with my current salary. MC has a big profit margin - which should be shared with the employees
