My company has given me the opportunity to grow my career far beyond what I ever expected

Wonderful! I would love to be here until I retire!

I feel as if I am a major part of our team however there has been no training provided to prepare us for the job

I stated with the company in 1973. Not much I haven't seen. Good and bad.

A lot of growing and learning from coworkers on my part that has been great. Frustration do to management not holding people accountable for fixing their mistakes in the engineering teem and having to struggle to get to parts that you need to complete a job.

Both managers do there best to communicate what is happening in the department as well as company wide when it applies.

They seem to trying to make thangs better and make more money for ProMach.

They care about you as a person.

Able to quickly adjust due to changes in the economy to keep us profitable

The positive and caring environment they create.

Hire some more people in the assembly dept. These are the people that make the company money.

Communication, better policies that benifit the customer and employee Leadership needs to quit worrying about nickels and pennies and focus on 1- customer 2- employee 3- zalkin

It is a competitive pay amount

401K and the insurance are real good.

The insurance is a great part of it

I think I have a strong work ethic and am consistently helping with tasks inside the department that do not always fall in my job description.

I do not feel undervalued as a person/member of the team. I love my job, the people I work with, and the work environment. I do however feel underpaid for the work I do. I do not make a livable wage on its own.

To be payed at the same rete as other in the same field.

Training is not given to prepare me for the jobs I do. More of it

It is the value of the dollar. Rasies or cost of living not keeping up with the times.

We have a good group that is always available to help one another if needed. Even when we get busy we can still joke around a little to lighten the mood.

They have a very team mind set and work together well to get done what needs to be done quickly and efficiently

They are willing to help even when they are busy. They make work a happy place to be.

We share information and ideas, freely. Everyone is willing to help one another

we work together to solve problems and get jobs done.

Most of my coworkers are great some of them are hard to work with and do not like doing there jobs.

It is actually a team environment. We all will pull together to achieve a common goal

Coworkers are great despite managment trying to squeeze every penny out of them and the customer

Management needs to be more aware of the problems employees have to deal with

What makes me most happy at work is finding solutions to obstacles

The people and being busy!

Fulfilling the customers needs and making our company money

Going to a plant than seeing a project succeed making a happy Customer.

Completed the assigned jobs for the customer on time and on budget

Dealing with poor management that has no clue what the needs of the employees are and not trying to take care of our customers.
