ProMach Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership is enthusiastic and driven.

clear about the future plans of the company

I love how they provide guidance but do not try to over step and micro manage. The trust that work will be done is there and its appreciated

Review from Sales Dept

They are reasonable, they set the goals and leave up to us to try to meet them, and if necessary they helps us to meet them.

Review from Sales Dept

Individaul Attention given to each employee

Review from Sales Dept

Leadership at Serpa has made it very clear that they care about my success as an RSM. They are always willing to run through scenarios and offer feedback at various stages of a sale. I value that my direct management has experience in the role I perform and are always available.

Review from Sales Dept

I enjoy the drive they have to create success for the company as a whole. The communication and collaboration helps foster this attitude throughout the whole company.

Both managers do there best to communicate what is happening in the department as well as company wide when it applies.

The positive and caring environment they create.

they offer good design advice

Review from Engineering Dept

Able to quickly adjust due to changes in the economy to keep us profitable

The setting of goals and assistance in solving problems.

The leadership team is diligently trying to improve internal processes and communications to help projects flow more smoothly.

Review from Engineering Dept

The team is engaged in our success. They care about the details as well as the big picture.

Review from Engineering Dept

They really care about our people and our customers.

Review from Sales Dept

The company has several areas where improvement is needed. (Part management, work load balance, employee retention, employee development, operation procedures, to name a few). The leaders of the company seem to recognize some of these issues and are looking for solutions.

Review from Engineering Dept

There is no bureaucracy in the organization which allows decision to be made quicker and within the group that is dealing at close with the challenge.

Review from Engineering Dept

Professional and pleasant to work with

Our leadership team works hard. They care for employees at all levels to help solve problems and complete jobs to the best of their abilities.

Review from Engineering Dept

they are really nice people

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership team does not understand what leadership is.

Review from Engineering Dept

Hire some more people in the assembly dept. These are the people that make the company money.

Listening to their direct reports. There are people who have been at Shuttleworth a long time. Some on the leadership team need to understand our product better. Some have been here a while and still don't know how or where to direct efforts.

Review from Engineering Dept

Overall training, respecting each employee, and not undermining departments.

Review from Sales Dept

Keeping me engaged in my work and advancing my opportunities.

Review from Engineering Dept

We need to hear a consistent message, we are not in a rhythm.

Review from Executive Dept

could work on communication and organization

creating a positive work environment and culture, hold departments accountable, learn how the actual business works

Review from Sales Dept

Understanding all jobs and their "real" value to the company and not just sales and service departments.

Communication, better policies that benifit the customer and employee Leadership needs to quit worrying about nickels and pennies and focus on 1- customer 2- employee 3- zalkin

Paying the talented people a decent amount to live securely on. They also need to ask their employees how things are going and be open to the answers they receive.

Invest in the current employees, have solutions for internal issues

Review from Executive Dept

Communication. Sharing, as well as setting, goals and objectives.

Review from Engineering Dept

understanding inflation from an employee's perspective

Treating everyone as equal and not showing favoritism. Also making employees feel like they are valued as an employee.

Focus on offering a quality product rather than increasing the bottoms line.

Review from Engineering Dept

Communication, honesty, ridding itself of nepotism - stop rewarding people through the "friends and family" program - reward them for their ability to perform the job, reward your performers, pay that keeps up with the cost of living and then some, holding people accountable, training, teamwork

Review from Sales Dept

Actually listening to ideas of lower level employees. Stop nickel and dimeing us on suplies and equipment.

Ensuring that we can provide optimal customer service and meet deadlines.

Review from Sales Dept

They need to be transparent. There appears to be some untruthful things going on.
