Management needs to be more aware of the problems employees have to deal with
Leadership team members showing up on time for meetings and staying for the whole meeting. Every time a VP shows up late or leaves early for a meeting, it's very disrespectful to the remaining attendees. Leadership team listening more to their team.

Departments are not held accountable so things they do poorly or don't want to do get pushed onto other people's plates who already have too much. Nobody works together.
