Actually hold managers accountable for what they do/say with/do associates when nobody is around.

Pay, training, and customer foot traffic. There is no advertisement. All customers that come in state "I didn't know this place was here"
finding more ways to reward employees outside of sales numbers
I think everyone could pitch in on some busy work more evenly so that sales could also be distributed more evenly
