We have great communication and culture in our store, and I feel that the store management tries their best to take care of us on an individual level.

Store leadership has been great at making feel seen and valued as an employee at the store, but overall company leadership hasn't made an impact that I feel in my day to day position. However, I do appreciate all of the company wide employee appreciation incentives and opportunities for growth.
Compensation is wonderful at times of high traffic, but is entirely dependent on customers foot traffic. During mid-week and off season, it can lag behind a little. Offering project pay or minimum wage during hours the store is not open (opening and closing shifts) would do a lot to ease this.
