The best part of MicroCenter Tustin are the employees and managers. Somedays, I get out of bed feeling incredibly tired for work. But the employees and managers here absolutely make it worthwhile to work here. There's a really good culture here.

The opportunity to work with computers, technologies, and other IT equipment on a day-to-day basis. The ability to work hands-on in troubleshooting problems and building computers. The positive, supportive, and helpful culture that is cultivated amongst my team.

Tustin technicians are incredibly knowledgeable and talented. But the best thing is that they are always willing to help you. If you ask a question or need help, they do not look down on you. With this, it cultivates a culture of teamwork, camaraderie, and respectfulness in the team.
