I am at an impasse with Shellpoint / NewRez relative to an escrow issue. NewRez holds over $28,000 of my money in escrow but refuses to pay the tax and insurance bills. We had tonpay the bills directly to avoid insurance lapse or property lien. Can't even get the escrow account closed & money return
