The team is positive but the industry as a whole is negative right now
There's a lot of good will and genuine caring for others at the company. Everyone wants everyone to succeed (for the most part)

The rebranding and culture seem to promote a face of greatness yet leadership in the company has never shown it.
Getting a paycheck every week.
There is a lot of focus on team development as well as employee education and betterment.

Better management and better background checks because my manager background he shouldn't be working with people financial records
Better background check I found my manager has a record and is employed there and has access to people mortgage information and personal information as well.. house office needs some cleaning up and better management...
Strive to set realistic goals from the beginning. You've trained your entire staff that the deadlines you set are unrealistic and they must determine a realistic timeline and drive towards that whole yes'ing leadership that their fake date will happen until it's too late.
Morale is at an all time low. It may be too late to save but efforts need to be made immediately to try to retain the few people left. Employee retention appears to be of no concern to leadership.
Better training bad company again
Inclusiveness, remove racial bias. All white, All male.leadership.team..
Embracing agile methodologies and trusting technical employees. A person's title is held in higher regard than skill or discipline, so poor decisions are made by people without the technical know-how.
