Great training. Great people. Great pay
Approachable, they listen even if their hands are tied.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide any positive feedback here.
Not much to like. They rarely interact with individual employees, and no useful information filters down.
Good communication, has the loan officers best interest at heart

My manager and team leads are very friendly and do not micro manage but set clear expectations which I appreciate.

The leadership team exhibits a great deal of open mindedness, transparency and approach-ability.
Getting business staff to do their assigned work items instead of pushing questions to business management. Business manager openly accuses developers, damaging credibility of developers, of breaking software systems already tested and approved by peers, technology managers without all the facts.
Wake up and actually manage
Actually empower employees, and provide the necessary training to help them succeed. Stop trying to make up metrics that don't apply, and listen to your emplyees. Management will mask or not concey these issues to the higher ups, and nothing positive happens. Feedback loops are also crap.
Clear and professional communication. Improve work atmosphere, so employees feel their contribution matters.

Start over. They need a completely new management team.

Leadership is to improve others, yet the tactics that are used on a daily basis are to find fault in an employee in order to never build up.
Constant changing of priorities. Very top down direction without understanding of existing technologies and the team's capacity to get work completed.
Everything in the closing department
Have Diversity at the top and not just one Southeast Asian or African American just so they can claim they are an EEO employer and get government subsidies but walk the walk. Don't claim that you are inclusive or DEI when it was never the case.
