The rebranding and culture seem to promote a face of greatness yet leadership in the company has never shown it.

Leadership is to improve others, yet the tactics that are used on a daily basis are to find fault in an employee in order to never build up.

The meetings are very depressing, the slogan is id you don't like it you can be replaced or if a question is asked that the supervisor can't answer there is change in tone of anger and meetings feel as it's best not to ask to keep your position.

The pay is not fair for the work load. My supervisor sends texts on off weekend days (none paid) to verify if anyone will be working over time for the next working week and if you fail to answer it seems cold in the work week. I use a skill of a second language that I'm not paid for.
