To be paid based on my actual performance and not subjective views of individuals who do not care to monitor my inputs/outputs, and at least for my salary to be market related

Proper skill assessment needs to be done, and workers who do not perform needs to have measures against them to hold them accountable. Management needs to understand their resources, strengths, weaknesses and other attributes.
