Poor product development, management doesn't invest in innovation

concentrate on work and not on politics

too much turnover and finger pointing- lack of urgency to hold market share for 5G- just lost VZ to Samsung- and it was avoidable

It seems like team members of all teams don't really understand their function, or do not know how to perform their function effectively
