






Co-workers are great, everyone is friendly, the events committee plans fun outings for us to participate in as a company, overall everyone really gets along well together.
Organization and needs to work on not micromanaging it's employees with 10 "top priorities" every day that always change. It feels very "drop everything you're in the middle of now and do this because it's top priority - oh wait why didn't that first thing get done?"
Don't feel that pay is high enough for the amount of work that a CRM is expected to do. Very disorganized at a management level. Talking about change and that may come, that change may affect how I view the compensation plan here, but also may not - won't know until the "change" happens.
