The best thing about teams at Reify Health are that there are teams of a discipline and then cross-functional teams with representatives from these disciplines working together. We solve hard problems while still caring about the team's well-being and experience along the way. We're good people.

Our company is made up of a diverse group of people who value creativity. We are serving people all over the world across many different cultures and beliefs and we believe that in order to better serve this world we need to be made up of a diverse and inclusive group.

I love that I am on a mission to help people that help people. Healthcare has not always gotten the most attention with design and user experience. Reify Health really cares about people doing the hard work on the ground, not just an elite few. Also, I think we have a really great remote culture.
