I got denied a promotion with absolutely no reasoning. The transparency from leadership is still lacking. I also have been given little to no direction for my career path.

Was denied a deserved promotion and after getting re-hired, have now been over a year without a raise.

Reify is a transparent environment. Most people have excellent knowledge they are willing to share and mentor but most importantly to listen
