I got denied a promotion with absolutely no reasoning. The transparency from leadership is still lacking. I also have been given little to no direction for my career path.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base pay and health insurance

Was denied a deserved promotion and after getting re-hired, have now been over a year without a raise.

Reify is the quintessential example of how a remote company should operate. Reify's culture is on par, if not better, than an on-site company. There are so many activities, meetups, and friendly competitions.
