Get better at recieving opinions they don't agree with.
I got denied a promotion with absolutely no reasoning. The transparency from leadership is still lacking. I also have been given little to no direction for my career path.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to market, I feel that in my role with the additional responsibilities that I take on, I am undercompensated. Through salary transparency, I've become aware of pay discrepancies across not only my tier and team, but the tier that aligns with mine on teams that have similar structure.

It's hard being remote and connecting with everyone on a deeper level. Would love to see regular off-sites and in person get togethers happen every quarter to foster friendship and collaboration.

The people are truly incredible! I love getting to work with so many different, amazing people every day and see what we can accomplish together.

It is not clear what the business strategy of the company is. The goal might be to improve a number by the end of the year but there is no clear plan on how to do that
