My first couple of months here under my original manager were terrible. Very large lack of direction and no mentoring at all. I was constantly talked down to and offered no valuable feedback. Since moving to my new manager, it has been great here and I love it. I will say the PTO amount is LOW.

It's good that we have flexible PTO. I do feel that health insurance benefits could be a bit better. It'd be nice if Reify contributed to HSA accounts or paid more of the monthly premium
