Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to market, I feel that in my role with the additional responsibilities that I take on, I am undercompensated. Through salary transparency, I've become aware of pay discrepancies across not only my tier and team, but the tier that aligns with mine on teams that have similar structure.

I think there is a wide range of salaries here and the title of the job often does not match the experience, the background, and the job description/salary
