What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company pays for my healthcare plan 100%. I work 100% remotely but have opportunities to meet with colleagues every quarter.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are smart and committed, which makes everyone put a big effort into helping each other out. Working as a team we achieve more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm a little new at the company but I've seen open and honest conversations about delicate topics. This made me feel there is an honest good intention to make everyone feel valued and respected.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very friendly, very human. People seem to share a lot about their personal lives through Slack and find ways to show their sense of humor and hobbies. This helps find people you can relate to even if you don't work with them at all. It makes me feel I am connected to the team.
