I love it, its a lot of work though and we need to start reducing that company wide or we will have burnout and attrition.

we all work together and lean on each other, we've got really good team chemistry.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My equity package is pretty significant. My cash compensation could be improved, but I don't feel that its low.
