What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like I am always approached as a valued, contributing member of a family like team rather than just an employee. I have never worked for a better employer, and one who cares about me as a person rather than just another employee. Progress and growth firm the bottom up is supported.

Reify makes it clear from the start that everyone they hire has a high ceiling. When you achieve goals and add value to your team, they really do put their money where their mouth is. Beyond that, as the company grows, the compensation/benefits/perks have all gotten progressively better.

My previous job included bonuses, but I like that here it is simply the salary plus benefits. I am also excited about the stock options.

My team is made up of some of the smartest, hard working people I have met. Everyone is willing to jump in and help and support when ever needed.

Everyone is so willing to help answer questions/brainstorm problems. There have been many times I needed help with something and my colleague schedule a quick meeting right then to discuss it. The support I have felt while working virtual has been huge.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is completely mission driven, and really believes in their goals to help make others lives better whether it be the customers we work with, the patients they support, or the employees who work for them., OST is genuine and humble.

Everyone values working hard, but at a balance with life. I have never once felt pressure to work late, not take a day off, etc. in fact it is the opposite. My manager and team fully support my outside-of-work responsibilities/life.
