What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are encouraged to share their passions and interests, which creates micro-communities of people who may be on different teams or completely different roles, but still get to connect over a shared passion.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Reify has such a mix of characters from all kinds of different backgrounds. I've met people from all over the world with different perspectives and interests than me, and I think that is extremely valuable. We're all working towards a common goal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership really values each individual's contributions, and makes sure that we all feel encouraged to pursue a career avenue that we're interested in (even if it's very different from the role we started in). They also exemplify the company values every day, which sets the tone for everyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Reify makes it clear from the start that everyone they hire has a high ceiling. When you achieve goals and add value to your team, they really do put their money where their mouth is. Beyond that, as the company grows, the compensation/benefits/perks have all gotten progressively better.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy tackling tough problems and coming up with creative solutions to challenges, which is Reify in a nutshell. No day is the same! We're also encouraged to branch out to new teams or projects if there is something beyond our role that interests us, which I love.
