We try to do too much and it leads to people being burnt out and the quality of the work not being good enough to drive results.

There is too much on everyone's plate and it is unnecessary, so it just causes a lot of stress. There needs to be better alignment across departments and stronger goals. We also need to focus on producing quality work even if it means doing less things. More is not always better.
