I do not feel undervalued here at OnSolve. It is quite the opposite, really. I love working for a company that truly cares about helping people and awareness. At times, it can get stressful and the amount of workload expected sometimes feels unsettling and not fair to my current compensation.

Resources to assist with giving us breaks/assist with mental health,but we often have so much work to accomplish on a daily basis that we are unable to attend. With having such a large workload/in comparison to base pay at similar companies for the same role/experience our OTE is much lower

Mid term billing compensation being taken away was disappointing, we do our best everyday to retain these clients and provide the best service to them year after year. There is little incentive to get them to sign a longer term now that midterm billings have been removed.
