Paychex – Overall, Paychex meets our needs. However, during 2020 and 2021, and apparently leading into 2022, I am finding the customer service aspects lacking at times. Can this be contributed to COVID, manpower, working from home? Possibly. But I do expect a higher level of service, than i receive.
