What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our executive leadership team has been largely absent when it comes to continuing to communicate necessary information regarding changes at the company. I fear that our lacking technology and refusal to look outside Rochester for meaningful talent will be our eventual downfall.

A more robust bonus structure for lower-middle level employees would lead to more people taking ownership and pride in their results.

They took my feedback about how they were perceived online and took it seriously. Since then, it's been completely turned around.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a stark lack of transparency about the continuing reorganization efforts. Coworkers are being laid off, offices are continuing to be rolled into regional centers, and the "regular Joes" in the company are left to wonder and speculate as to the direction of the company.
